750 MCM (380 mm²) using Burndy MD6 hex-crimp tooling at 600-1000 A continuous current rating. Larger conductors (1000+ MCM) require mechanical compression terminals which we install with torque-set discipline per Ilsco SLU / Burndy Hyfit spec.

Do you torque-set mechanical compression terminals?+

Yes — every mechanical compression terminal torqued per OEM spec (typical 4-50 N·m depending on lug size) with the torque value logged per assembly. Hand-tightened terminals are not acceptable on production builds. We refuse to ship hand-tight terminations without explicit customer sign-off.

What is the hipot test voltage per IEC 60204-1?+

IEC 60204-1 hipot is 2× rated voltage + 1000 V (e.g. 690 VAC system = 2380 VAC hipot test) for 1 second on every power assembly. Insulation resistance > 100 MΩ at 1000 VDC. We retain test records for the lot per IATF / IEC 60204-1 requirement.

Can you do UL Type TC-ER tray cable assemblies?+

Yes — UL Type TC-ER (Tray Cable, Exposed Run) labeled cable assemblies for NEC-compliant tray runs in North American industrial installations. Acceptable for VFD output, motor drives, distribution feeders, and other industrial power applications.

Will you size the PE conductor smaller than the phase per IEC 60364-5-54?+

Yes when permitted — for phase AWG larger than 35 mm² (2 AWG), PE can be sized one or two AWG smaller per IEC 60364-5-54 fault-current calculation. For smaller conductors PE must equal phase. We do the fault-current calculation per the customer's earth-loop spec and document it at FAI.
