Cable assemblies and wire harnesses for marine OEM equipment — inboard / outboard engines, marine navigation electronics, fish-finder / GPS chartplotter integrations, marine battery banks, autonomous surface vehicles (USV), commercial fishing vessels, and pleasure-boat NMEA 2000 / SeaTalkNG marine networks. Tin-plated stranded conductor per UL 1426 / ABYC E-11, stainless-steel hardware, sealed Deutsch DT-family connectors, and salt-spray qualified construction throughout.

Standard automotive bare-copper stranded wire fails in marine application — salt-spray + humidity oxidizes the copper green within 6 months, joint resistance climbs, intermittent faults appear.
Non-tinned crimp lug on a marine battery bank fails ABYC E-11 inspection at boat survey — corrosion at the lug-to-cable interface visible after 12 months.
NMEA 2000 backbone built with 4-conductor sensor cable instead of dedicated 4 / 5-conductor power-bus cable — voltage drop on long backbones drops node voltage below 9 V, devices drop off bus.
Standard zinc-plated hardware on harness terminations corrodes within 12 months in salt-spray — installer has to remove and replace, voids warranty.
Built to ABYC E-11 (AC + DC electrical systems on boats) and ISO 13297 (small craft electrical) marine wiring standards.
Every marine harness built on tin-plated stranded copper wire per UL 1426 / ABYC E-11 spec. Ancor Marine, Pacer, Cobra marine wire stocked.
NMEA 2000 (5-pin Micro / Mini) and Raymarine SeaTalk / SeaTalkNG marine network harnesses with proper backbone + drop topology.
Cummins Marine, Volvo Penta, Yanmar Marine, Mercury Marine, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda Marine engine harness programs supported.
Stainless-steel 316 fasteners on every marine harness termination. Zinc-plated rejected at intake.
ASTM B117 salt-spray 1000 h qualification on first article each new BOM line. Test report retained 7+ years.

Marine is the only industry where the wire spec is more important than the connector spec. Standard automotive wire (bare-copper stranded) will produce a perfectly-working harness that quietly corrodes from the inside over 6-12 months in salt-spray environment. By the time the customer reports an intermittent fault, half the harness is past saving. We refuse to ship marine harnesses on non-tin-plated wire without explicit customer sign-off — and we audit the wire spool COC at intake to confirm UL 1426 marine spec. The premium over standard automotive wire is 10-15%; the cost of a marine engine rebuild from salt-spray corrosion is at least 100× that.
